On October 16,2009, ZhongHang Huiteng Windpower Equipment Co., Ltd. (‘HT’) completed the transaction pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement and become the shareholder of CT Holding B.V. (the parent of CTC).
       CTC is a world famous professional wind turbine rotor blade design company in Netherland, whose customers are all over the world wind industry. CTC main business is providing blade technology and relative service. The rotor blade aerodynamic design, structure design and analyze, raw material test, mould design and manufacture are on the top level.
       Through purchasing CTC, HT expedites the step to the international market.
